For those arriving…

…by car

La Para is 3 kilometres (and 300 metres above sea level) above the village centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe. The view that opens up to you once you are at the top is just as good as you would imaging. The drive from the village to us via the asphalt road takes about 7 minutes and is quite winding. In winter you should have snow chains for your car. If you don’t feel like driving up yourself in winter, we will be happy to pick you up in the village.

…on skis

Yes, you read that right: in winter our house is very popular with ski safari fans. Since it is right on the slopes, you can simply stay overnight with us and set off to your further destinations the next morning. Thanks to the DolomitiSuperSkipass, it is possible to ski all the slopes from the Fassa Valley to Alta Pusteria and simply spend the night along the slopes.

Unfortunately there is no bus connection directly to the house. From Brunico train station, take the intercity bus towards San Vigilio di Marebbe (“Church” stop). As soon as you get there, we will be happy to pick you up if necessary.
