Host and chef Oskar succeeds together with his team in combining, creativity, variety and quality on one plate. From Plan de Corones via Piz da Peres, the Paraccia chain and the mountains of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, up to Monte Cristallo above Cortina: a Dolomites panorama, which will leave you breathless, is waiting for you on our sun terrace. If the Dolomite peaks glow red in the evening sun, then that is just the icing on the cake. That is something you have to experience at least once in your lifetime.
From Cancí te ega to entrecôte, from Tultres to shepherd’s macaroni: our small but varied menu puts the emphasis on the cuisine of the Dolomites and the Ladin valleys, but also has Mediterranean and international delicacies ready for you. The breakfast buffet at La Para leaves nothing to be desired. Regionality is a special thing for us. All products come from the surrounding area and meet our high standards of quality and taste. The bread comes from the baker from the village or we bake the bread ourselves.
Eggs, sausages and dairy products come from farmers from the surrounding area and are often from organic farms. Every day there are home-made cakes. Also the jams and spreads are home-made.
In addition to a selection of seasonal fruit and fresh fruit salad of course there are also coffee and tea blends from producers from South Tyrol.
If you prefer your breakfast eggs scrambled or boiled just let us know. Our kitchen team are happy to prepare this for you at no extra charge.
Our half board menu consists of a rich salad buffet, starter, main course and dessert. Our kitchen team, led by host Oskar, strives to conjure up a varied, healthy and especially tasty dinner every day.
There is also the option to book only an overnight stay with breakfast and to have dinner à la carte. The prices in this case depend on the dish selected. We are also happy to prepare on request gluten free and vegetarian food for you.
